Our Patronyme should come from the germanic "der Berg" meaning "the mountain", or from french "de la berge" meaning "from the bank". Family of Cordeliers in bast (Fibre built up from lime-tree bark), which originate from the XVI century in Coye-la-Forêt , a small french village located in Oise, north of Paris.You can view few ancient pictures of the village.
